For the most part, I agree with RaVe (it's a pretty self-explanatory song), but I'd like to emphasize that the song's attitude toward American youth is a little more critical than just saying they're oblivious. It's really more like they're part of the problem, especially in the lines:

Of my environment
So don't blame me, I just work here
...so they're saying firstly that this is a vicious circle (I'm a product of my environment, so as an American youth my identity is determined by America's shitty system), and secondly that not only are America's youth oblivious, they don't care ("I just work here") and they're quick to point the finger at someone else ("I'm a product of my environment, so don't blame me").
