i'm 99% sure these are the lyrics, it's just the paper i got them on got a little messed up...anyway, i think this is about a guy looking back at how badly he treated his ex girlfriend, and that he is so pleased that she has moved on because she deserves better. i think he realised he was just using her ("i took from her everything") and that she was starting to annoy him with her need of an actual relationship ("i'm gonna end up killing you so soon"). despite the fact he sees the relationship as a failure, he is pleased that she is no longer dependant on him ("but don't need me/but don't want me"). cool song, although it isn't really jimmy eat world, more just jimmy :-). anyways, that's what i think...
