Actually, there was a "Mad doctor" during the holocaust that did all of these things to Jews as experiments. Like sewing them together at the head, filling there brains with fluid, etc... Back during the holocaust that had no anesthesia so these experiments done by the "Angel Of Death" were immensely painful.
