Lunchbox shows the problems that Manson faces as he matures. It's autobiographical in many ways, in that Manson was known to carry a lunchbox during his youth, while also being something of a social outcast.
One question though, can anyone discern the spoken background lyrics that occur during the intermissions? I can pick out "I just want to eat my lunch", and the sound of something falling over, but that's more or less it, anything else?
@mustang76ghs nope. it's about him using his metal lunchbox to swing at his bullies (keep in mind--he was born in 1969 and thus went to school in the seventies and eighties, back before metal lunchboxes weren't banned).
