Ok first of all if you didn't know LBC, is fronted by a couple of Indians(born in the US but their parents are from India). Ok, Fred Astaire was this kick ass dancer back in the day he's like the greatest, or one of the greats. More of the tradional Indian parents get their kids involved in dance at a very young age. In the Indian culture, perfection is demaned almost all the time. The guy who wrote this song felt the pressures from his parents to become a great dancer, but he never accomplished it.
