There was one kid who shot himself in the head or stabbed himself (I forget exactly which one). After his dad found him he looked in his CD player and they're was Manson's AntiChrist Superstar CD in there. The dad was accusing Manson of leading people to commit suicide in his music. Like they were following him like "Mechanical Animals." Manson is just saying he's not Mechanical, I'm just a boy playing the suicide king. The suicide king is the king of hearts (I think) because that card looks like the sword is going through the head of the king. He's says he's playing the suicide king like he's playing the card and taking chances in his life, or maybe he's just suffering inside because of the pain he caused himself.
