to me, this song is like saying that you're in that point in your relationship in which you must make a choice if whether you're going stay together or not. the relationship is not going to so well and it's just a cycle of bad decisions and you have to make the choice of whether or not you're going to make the right decision. hence the name "sick cycle carousel" because it's like making the same mistakes over and over and never really fixing them.
