I think this song has a very deep and almost twisted meaning...
I think it's basically about a guy remembering his girlfriend that commited suicide or something and he found her...
And he wishes that he could remember her for the way she was when she was alive and happy but the image of her dead cold body is engraved on his mind and it's killing him...

to miss you that much" - that part of the lyric to me means that when he went to the funeral, it totally haunted him and he realised that he wants no one apart from her and death won't stand in the way...like if he died too then they'd be together in soul... like heaven...

its all over now, you've killed me" - this means that he is missing her so much that it is breaking him apart...and he hopes that wherever she is...she's missing him too... he believes that there is no point in anyhting anymore because she was his reason for living and now thats gone, it's killed him, he doesn't have a reason to wake up in the morning anymore...
" Fear is compressed in the back of my stomach" - he wants to join her but is afraid to kill himself because of he is afraid of what awaits him..
