Kutless is easily one of the best bands to ever emerge from the Tooth & Nail label. since they are of hxc christian faith, this song is obviously depicted to God. Jon (vox) however is less than subtle with his vivid lyrics as "You cover me with Your love though I nailed You to a cross." this is my second favorite song off the album, a close edge over "In Me".
