I couldn't agree any less. This song is an extension of the dizzy idea, but goes more in depth in the situation. I think I was in this situation once... caught in a moment of chance with a pretty lady, just me, her, and my mind to listen to. Hormones (chemical abuction) got the best of us, and well, we couldn't help it (auto drive). But the perspective is as if they're retelling the story to us, as some kind of lesson or something. I dunno, but I think it makes sense.
