Alright he shouldnt be in jail because he is not guilty. Heres some evidence to prove it too: 1.)Witnesses saw another person fleeing the seen. 2.) Witnesses also saw the fleeing man shoot the officer. 3.) Mumia's gun did not match the bullets found in the officer. Now he also wasnt allowed to defend himself. The Judge was a member of the fraternal order of police and sentenced 31 men to die more men than any other judge only 2 men were white. All but one juror was white. There are other things but i dont feel like typing them all.
