I never thought of the lyrics like that, but it does kind of make sense. I thought the song was about like, kind of a sense of paranoia, with the drums playing double time the song has like, an urgent kind of feel, and the line "I'm tired, so tired, so tired! But there's someone here with me" means that he is not really alone, and even though he wishes he could be left to himself, he can't because there is something there with him. I don't know, that's what I got out of it
