this song, i think, is basically everything god could be:
male, female, they, watching us/omniscient, one of us, from mars, and in us.
all of the ways that all people view god. this is saying that god doesn’t just exist only in churches or only in religion, its also saying that god could be our own creation or our conscience.
the first line is amazing though, its bordering on campfire singalong / brilliance. :)
