Yes, I'm a 17 year old man, and this song has so meaningful lyrics that it broke me down and made me cry. I can relate to this, because my sister is due to have her baby any day now, so the thought of someone taking the life of an unborn is disgusting. I used to have different views on abortion, like it should be ok if it was because of rape, but after hearing this song, my thoughts have changed, and I've realized it's wrong to end one's life for any reason. This is seriousely the saddest song I've ever heard, but beautiful, and I want to listen to it over and over again.
