It tells the story of an artist who started out in the ghetto, worked his way to the top with the help of those around him, and started to forget them when he was overwhelmed with the fame. Unfortunately, his luck turned and he found himself losing his fanbase (ie $$). Also, on his way back down, the friends he had before hand, no longer wanted anything to do with him, because he had ditched them when he became famous.
