I think this song is most definetlly about a girl.. who has brought nothing but the worst into his life. This girls life is a waste, its pitiful. The way she leads her life, and her attitudes.. they are totally fake.. all lies. And everyday he spends with her, he kills a piece of himself. Therefore.. if he doesnt leave her.. he'll die.
