I pretty much agree with Ashley on the depression thing : He's really, really supportive of her, and reassuring. He wishes the best for her, and hopes she'll find a way to be happy again. He tries his best to be there, but alas, it's 'not enough' to her, because she can never get 'what she wants, what she lost,' again. Everything he gives her, it's all she has now. It's 'what she's got, what she needs, what she loves, what she has'. It's real, but it's still 'not enough.'
How sad as I think it is, I still adore this song. Amazing.
