the first time i ever heard this song i was staying at a youth hostile, and my buddy says, 'you ever heard this song?' and i said, 'no' and he said, 'most youth hostiles across canada dont let me play this CD just cause its so offencive,' and he laughed. this was the first GG Allin song i ever heard, or at least ever reccognized as a GG song, and i love it

GG did indeed want to fuck himself river wolf. Just about every song he writes reflects what he does in his life, or something that he strongly fantasises about doing. He knew it was offensive, but he didn't care, he didn't have an agenda of 'shock the masses', he was just purging his thoughts onto a lyrics sheet.
