Two Hands Lyrics
Oh they're touching
They're touching each other
They're feeling
They push and move
And love each other, love each other
They fit together like two hands
I am a face
in the painting on the wall
I pose and shudder
And watch from the foot of the bed
Sometimes I think I can
Feel everything
The wind is blowing
My hair in their direction
The wind is bending my hair
There are no windows in the painting
No open windows, no open windows, no
They're touching each other
They're feeling
They push and move
And love each other, love each other
They fit together like two hands
in the painting on the wall
I pose and shudder
And watch from the foot of the bed
Sometimes I think I can
Feel everything
My hair in their direction
The wind is bending my hair
There are no windows in the painting
No open windows, no open windows, no

This song is one of the greatest songs ever written about sexual jealousy. I have lived through an experience incredibly similar to that described in this song
for me it seems that at the superficial level it's about the jealousy. Bu the last phrase "no open windows ..." makes me think that lyricist is actually one of the partners but he was so distanced from his feeling, that it feels for him that he is watching all the scene from third person point of view. or maybe he is reliving an old sweet memory of a long forgotten love. he feels everything but he knows nothing is real.
