Honey on my tongue.
I wish I could be a bit like you.
Paper in my teeth.
I wish I could be a bit like you.
I've been made a pet.
A chain one mile long.
Bleed me every hour.
Keep me from growing strong.
Honey on my tongue.
I wish I could be a bit like you.
Just a bit like you.
Get my every wish.
Nailing down my feet to be with you.
Pulling down my lips.
Showing all my teeth to be like you.
I've been made a pet.
A chain one mile long.
Bleed me every hour.
Keep me from growing strong.
Honey on my tongue.
I wish I could be a bit like you.
A bit like you.
Just a bit like you
I wish I could be a bit like you.
Paper in my teeth.
I wish I could be a bit like you.
A chain one mile long.
Bleed me every hour.
Keep me from growing strong.
I wish I could be a bit like you.
Just a bit like you.
Nailing down my feet to be with you.
Pulling down my lips.
Showing all my teeth to be like you.
A chain one mile long.
Bleed me every hour.
Keep me from growing strong.
I wish I could be a bit like you.
Just a bit like you

i think this song is about weed and how it is such a lusterous object and how one would feel towards weed. i think this is a concept about drugs and how they interact with you
possibly... i don't doubt it, it probably has a couple meanings, like many of Floater's songs. probably something to do with how people in general allow themselves to be enslaved by these drugs, or alcohol (as many songs on the cd point towards alcohol abuse) and thus, being a "pet" of the substance.
i like at the beginning when it says "Only one is a wanderer, two together are always going somewhere"

joints covered in honey hash oil are some-what common and it could be a reasonable explanation as to the line "Honey on my tongue"
He's become insignificant in comparison to this substance.
I believe it's about LSD,.. seeming sweet, yet taking a hold. trying to be like someone but is being kept weak(er) than them.,... maybe. but there music has a lot of depth.
"Paper in my teeth. I wish I could be a bit like you." "Pulling down my lips. Showing all my teeth to be like you."
