Friday Lyrics
Verse:
I know then, she will anyway
Colliding an old photograph
Some other candy matrimony
That strips the mind's eye free
Chrous:
(Worry when i would die)
Maybe next time
Verse:
Tread wire on jaded memory
Against every line that I know
Rain through harmony
I threw my wish in there
And set my mind's eye free
Chrous:
(Worry when i would die)
Maybe next time
Colliding an old photograph
Some other candy matrimony
That strips the mind's eye free
Against every line that I know
Rain through harmony
I threw my wish in there
And set my mind's eye free
Maybe next time

What?
I swear he says "that strips the mind's eye free" instead of "that strips the night I breathe" and then the same thing again later, only "that sent my mind's eye free" instead of what's written.
I also notice some lines are omitted from this version. I'll try to figure them out I guess.
Plastic love. Trying to force something that shouldn't be.
They are missing some parts like "break through harmony". I understand some parts are unclear, but that mistake was unnecessary
To me, this song tells a story of rushing into something that seems wonderful and glamourous, but once you have it it becomes more of a burden because you went into things too fast.
"Colliding on old photographs. Some other candy matrimony."
Old photographs shows how everything was in the beginning, candy meaning how shiny and new it was and matrimony showing how you 'wed' yourself to this description.
