This is obviously a song, about someone yurning to be famous, and to be recognised! A really great song! Robbie is brilliant!

weel, shai, you obviously don't know what your talking about, bc Robbie dodn't write this song. This is an adaptation of a much older song (50's I believe). RW is a phenomenal musician, and a very talented vacalist. This song included.

I love this song, never payed much attention to it but now I understand I've always been wrong.
I liked it from the first time I heard it...it's a bit exaggerated but I think that's exactly the point, how you can long to be famous and how meaningless that can be.

it is a pretty good cd. this song, though melodramatic, is very bitter sweet and nice sounding.
nilliad, Robbie and Guy did actually write this song, it's the only one on the albim that wasn't a cover, they thought ut was too tame for a normal Robbie album... not taking anything away from it it's a beautiful.
