snmsince1989, I agree with you for the most part, but could "Time is just another God of the Mind" also mean that we are never free from it? If you think about it, a god (no, I'm not bashing any religions here) is something omnipotent. It is all seeing, all knowing and never escapable. Time is very similar, we may lose track of time but it keeps on beating like an endless and determined war drum.
What album was this on? Its definently a quality song To me I think it is all of those meanings as all of you stated rolled into one.
