Make Believe

I agree with AloneIBreak. But I see it a slight bit different... "And the shit seems to follow.." No matter how much he sings, the incidents and the torment will always be there. It just follows him around as he make believes... He finds himself always in a world of misery and hate, so he make believes and sings to become free with the lingering feeling of torment and pain always looming over his shoulder...

I love this song... Not the very, very, absolute best from Untouchables, but I love it just as much. I love how he sings "And the shit seems to follow..." It sounds creepy. I find this one of their better non-recognized songs.

penguin is right,his voice sounds more pained and strained and uncomercial than any album.I think Johnathan's mind is so complex his past so deep we can sympathise but never really understand he would be so intresting to interview ungarded where he could just let it flow out im so sure hed just cry for days I dont think hes the sort of person to talk and his songs just seem to skim the subjects of how he feels.

Hm, I always think that this is a kind of critique against some "fans" of their music. It sounds to me like he's singing about how he was tortured in the past and that this kind of people now listen to his music. Even if it's not exactly the same persons, but the same type.

Maybe it's about Jon being called a freak and just taking all the shit that people say "I realize I'm taking everything"... and he sings to make believe everything is alright.

This song is one of my favorite songs. jon made! i thinck its about . him thincking about people he hated! and then being sad about it!i do the same things sometimes . the 1st time i heard it on untochables! i really like it a lot!!!!!!!!!!! it was my favorite in the album!! but so are the rest!! UNTOCHABLES ROCKED!! cd i expected from korn in thoose 3 years

This song is pretty sweet. I think that this song, along with most everything from untouchables, is really creepy. But damn does everything sound awesome. I love Jon's voice on this album. But again, this song is awesome.

At this point this is my fav from Untouchables. Beautiful melodies and so powerful.

i know its definatly a dark song,but i find some kind of wierd soothing coming from the chorus
