what's lies?
full moon and thoughts collide
we look for answers in those catatonic, dying blod-shot eyes
we ask if vermin are the ones that already learned
those aren't tears,
they're just bad bad blood
just bad bad blood!
what lies?
no big surprise.
we get our clues from the ones who thought up they will conquer us
are we too fucked to say the end is here too much?
we're in denial with bad blood
do you remember the strain?
do you remember the pain?
do you remember who caused all the blame?
bad blood!
do you remember me?
do you remember us?
do you surrender your dreams or your trust?
bad blood!
what lies?
he's finally come alive
out of these mediocre plentiful things all the time
A steady stream of madness/Rises to a flood
the clock is ticking for bad blood
full moon and thoughts collide
we look for answers in those catatonic, dying blod-shot eyes
we ask if vermin are the ones that already learned
those aren't tears,
they're just bad bad blood
no big surprise.
we get our clues from the ones who thought up they will conquer us
are we too fucked to say the end is here too much?
we're in denial with bad blood
do you remember the pain?
do you remember who caused all the blame?
do you remember us?
do you surrender your dreams or your trust?
he's finally come alive
out of these mediocre plentiful things all the time
A steady stream of madness/Rises to a flood
the clock is ticking for bad blood

This is the song that brought me into Ministry. Heard it on The Matrix soundtrack album, and I've been into them ever since.
Is this the same ministry as the guys who do Everyday is Halloween? Totally different sound.
Same band, though singer Al Jourgensen is the only common member. Bassist Paul Barker and drummer Bill Rieflin joined around 1986, that's about when Ministry started the move toward buttmetal.
I can't believe more people like this song.. the vocals are some of most baddest in the industrial metal scene. Sure, the instrumental can be considered dance or whatever, but I really like the rhythm and melody of this song. We need more Ministry fans!
Yeah same here Rock-Dude. I heard it on the Matrix soundtrack and I just loved the gutsy, wailing yet grinding instrumental and the bass drums conjured up a very militaristic feel. Everytime I hear it I envisage someone using it for an apocalyptic battle-scene in a film...and if they don't, then I will :oP

I'm a Ministry fan from way back. Didn't know they were still around 'till I heard this one and some others. While it is good to hear them going back to the sound of their heyday nothing is better than the Psalm 69 album.
This is the track that got me into ministry as well.. again off of the matrix album.
I think this song is about genetic memory. epigenetics.
