i think this is about looking back on previous relationships/friends and not regretting anything you have done, taking it for what it's worth, and moving on when it all ends.

i think he wished something more could of come out of the relationship/friendship but he finds its ending and its ending with so much left to say or to do, and he wants to say/do it but he can't... and he is afraid it's going to end.

I completely agree with zevans. I broke up with my girlfriend the day that I picked up On a Wire and this song completely reinforced every single feeling I had in my body and every single word I said. It's so accurate it's scary...

this is for sure one of the better songs on the new cd [which si slowly growing on me] it's really good.

such a sweet song, such nice acoustics best song on the cd in my opinion it did alot more for me than "ill catch you" ending something to write home about" its has a strong catchy chorus. cody

thsi is one of the better songs on the new album,it has a very good acoustics,and the lyrics are meaningful. i love this song!

the reason this song is so amazing is because you can feel the passion behind the lyrics. It almost sounds painful to sing. Simply Amazing.

i havn't picked up the cd yet...but i think this song is awesome partly cause my name is hannah. i think it could be about a relationship where it's over, and at one point he wanted her back and she didn't want him, but now it's the other way around. i prolly feel this way cause i know so many people who've gone through that same thing. it's a super good song though no matter how depressing it is.
