What an awesome song, I can't believe no ones commented. Obviouslly, it's about a chick that messes around with his head so badly, that he just can't take it anymore. "Your presence makes me scream" and "You leave such a bad taste" pretty much explain that. Milo is a genius.

Radical song...Descendents don't get enough recognition. That's the way punk goes though

sounds to me like the song is about a prick tease, the dude likes her and is bullshitting himself by saying he doesn't want her, but that only makes the frustration worse.
