I think this song is about a guy who is or has been a drug addict and he has a girlfriend that wants him to "stay clean" and keep off the drugs. Maybe the girl doesn't trust the guy; "she'd take me anywhere, as long as she stays with me". As to the last part of the song, I have no idea. Maybe the guy likes kissing his girl.

Come on. The Vaselines version is great and soft. Nirvana's version is rough and very cool. Both are great.

xxxRaelenxxx nailed it, Molly is pure Ecstasy with no other substances added (tastes awful Btw), Taking it is often called "Kissing Molly". Good "Molly" is Said to be "Clean" meaning it has nothing else in it and you aren't getting ripped off...

Sorry to all you who thought it was a love song but Eugene Kelly,lead singer of The Vaselines and the writer of this song, was known to have struggled with Ecstasy Addiction.

My dad knows the sister of Frances Mckee (from the vaselines), hehe, just boasting! I haven't heard them, but i love Mollys Lips and Son of a Gun, so I guess they're great!
