hello there. bob here. a friend of mine directed me to this site...I wrote this song and since a few of the lyrics above are not quite right, I thought I'd set the record straight. it goes:

I don't want to be the boy who only ever wishes. we'll stay up too late, and watch MTV. they'll show "the lovecats" for the hundred thousandth time now. we could always turn it off. and your home's so far away. but tonight you'll stay until I'm asleep. tucked in so tight, so far from night. nothing will ever be as perfect as tonight. and when I wake, you will be gone, and I'll be alone, but tonight you'll stay until I'm asleep. I really can't explain, and who would understand? I never would have thought that this could be so crucial. you know what to do: the things I never knew. I can't predict the paths that I'm supposed to walk down, but you've always got them down, and there's car keys in your hand. In four more years, who knows where we'll be? you may not want me anymore. every night, I'll slepp alone and wonder where you are, and what you're doing.

It's cool; we all make mistakes. I think this song's meaning is fairly obvious, so I won't say anything about it. I'd like to see more Pollen lyrics on here because they rock...rocked...whatever.
