Sane, what do you mean there's no feeling! I see this as one of Rivers's classic hopelessly romantic songs. The song is about the flame dying out of a relationship that at one time was perfect, but now it is characterized by an inability to communicate, and Rivers can't understand what went wrong.

Yeah, it makes sense that it's about Matt. I think that's cool. And you gotta figure, if he's written the thousand songs he says he has, they can't all be about love. No way.

Yeah I never thought to much about the meaning, but the Matt Sharp theory makes perfect sense. Regardless, I love this song. Let's all cross our fingers and hope its on Album 5 this spring.

I think i would have liked to see this on Make Believe in place of "my best friend"
