does it mean anything? i'd like to think it did
i think its most likely bob pollard criticizing his music and his "coming of age" and modern music makers. It supposed to sound frustrated. Its probably not how he always feels, just sometimes. he says he participates in music and that it is shit, but its a hit and everyone likes it.
if you peer at the liner notes, there's a fake credit along the lines of, "the Giggling Faggots appear courtesy of..." so Bob was thinking of them as being the name of a band, maybe.
seems likely, as coming up with fake band names has been quite a pasttime for him.
