King Alvarez Lyrics

Grey sky man is talking to the sidewalk,
once again your perfect vision of the world,
it goes unheard
and as the rain falls down on your head
it slips inside the cracks of another fruitless day,
here in the land of king alvarez

we're losing once again
its getting harder to survive
when the world thats all around you
just don't seem to care
and the universe you built for yourself
is caving in right on your head
streets are getting colder
than they used to be these days
and now i see you walking
down the boulevard alone
and you're screaming at the top of your lungs
and i wonder to myself "how did you get to be this king without a thone?"

It's just another sunny day here in the land of babylon
to see the things that no one sees
to hear the lies that no one tells
its getting lonely in this place
getting tired of it all
I wonder to myself how many times you cracked inside
Screaming at the top of your lungs and now
the voices in your head keep getting louder with the passing of each day
its getting harder to go on
I know what you don't know
you wouldn't play the game the same
you wouldn't play the game at all

as the rain falls down on your head
it slips inside the cracks of another fruitless day,
here in the land of king alvarez

o yeah i know i spelled the title wrong sorry about that it was pritty late when i wrote it. Well I couldn't believe this song didn't have lyrics yet, this was probably the first strung out song i wanted the lyrics soo badly and couldn't find them out cuz they're kinda weird, but anyway this song is amazing. It gives me this incredible invincible feeling, regardless of the lyrics, this is a happy song for me, lyrics aren't always everything, and I find that hard to believe but with this song i don't know i dig the lyrics but they obviously aren't what contributes to the feeling i get. :-)

I think it says, "how did you get to be this king without a crown?"

To me it it\'s like a vision of a depressed creator or a god watching its very own love go array...but in all it\'s flaws it\'s beautiful....and he/she/it goes unrecognized unthought of and virtually unknown.
