Every day our hard-won freedom is being eroded by our rulers, yet in the western world few seem to be resisting. Warrel equates this with injured animals that pretend to be dead in the hope that their attacker will leave them alone.

I agree with Nauseam....the whole DNB album IS inspired by his fiance disappearing to a cult....but not every song is exactly about that. Some are about the fucked up world that caused her to do something like that.....including our decietful government.

Considering this is on Dreaming Neon Black witch is about Dane losing his love, I'd say this song deals mainly with depression.
