ummm... methinks not. im pretty sure its a warning about the people with anger managment issues (the music video helps with this conclusion). "Seeing red" is used to symbolize intense anger and loss of control and the warning part is that "the threat is real". also its probably got something to do specifically with people that are isolated due to bullying or similar ("they say freak when you're singled out").
