"Just Like Heaven" as written by Robert James Smith, Simon Gallup, Porl Thompson, Laurence Andrew Tolhurst and Boris Williams....
"Show me, show me, show me how you do that trick
The one that makes me scream" she said
"The one that makes me laugh" she said
And threw her arms around my neck

Show me how you do it
And I promise you I promise that
I'll run away with you
I'll run away with you

Spinning on that dizzy edge
I kissed her face and kissed her head
And dreamed of all the different ways I had
To make her glow
Why are you so far away, she said
Why won't you ever know that I'm in love with you
That I'm in love with you

Soft and only
Lost and lonely
Strange as angels
Dancing in the deepest oceans
Twisting in the water
You're just like a dream
You're just like a dream

Daylight licked me into shape
I must have been asleep for days
And moving lips to breathe her name
I opened up my eyes

And found myself alone, alone
Alone above a raging sea
That stole the only girl I loved
And drowned her deep inside of me

Soft and lonely
Lost and lonely
Just like heaven

General CommentThis song does something to my insides. It is truly amazing. To me it's about a situation that occurs in many relationships. A guy and a girl, love each other madly. She tells him how she feels, but he doesn't say what he feels outloud to her, he only thinks of all the amazing ways he loves her. She thinks that because he doesn't say it, that he doesn't love her. But she doesn't understand that he does love her, he loves her so much it chokes him up and he can't say the words! Hehehe there we are. Dammit i LOVE this song. The music makes me feel like im in a dream which is why it fits so well with the lyrics!
