Best song on the album, its about a person whos feeling depressed or down and the lead singer is telling them to get off their ass and try and be happy again...thank you thank you.

personally i feel like this song is about feeling insecure and telling your self to get over it and go out and live again, it fits for me. Another irrelevant personal connection to this song is the "Another Sunny Day" line. All summer my parents would telling me how wonderful it is outside and try to get me to go out and get away from my precious computer. What ever the meaning, this is one of the best songs ever.. Tommy Walter is a genius.
