They saw you yesterday as you were leaving
Now they run to hunt you down
Dogs lead the chase as you are bleeding
They run to hunt you down

Your narrow escape has wiped the smile right from your face
Starved dogs howling, run to hunt you down
I said run to hunt you down

You smile as you look in the mirror
Tears have left your eyes
Your face has a different exterior
Permanent disguise

Your narrow escape has wiped the smile right from your face
Starved dogs howling, run to hunt you down
I said run to hunt you down

Right now ooh
Right now ooh
Right now
Right now
Right now ah, ah, ah, ah

General CommentSounds a lot like School by Nirvana, though I'm sure you all can hear that

General CommentHoly shit nobody has said anything interesting about this song. To me, "hunted down" is a perfect example of a grunge song. It's intense and seriously energizing... Awesome song.

General CommentEarly grunge at its finest. It paints a vivid picture of entrapment and escape.

Nirvana's "School" does sound somewhat similar, though it was released 2 years after Hunted Down.

General CommentThis song is great. I used it on a trailer on youtube for a film me and my friends were making about a guy who was literally hunted down.

General CommentI think this is about someone nieve who gets themselves in a situation they can't get out of. Someone who thought they were being really clever and ended up becoming the victim.

General CommentSounds like an escaped convict from a prison. The starving dogs on his trail are those of the police trying to catch him. He has to disguise himself for the rest of his life so that no one catches him.
