These lyrics speak for themselves. I think it is very obvious what this song is talking about. Drug addiction plain and simple. There loosing control and are afraid of it but at the same time are excited by it.

This song is about being depressed, because something with someone happend note the line:"Thoughts of only you remains " So you do drugs, in this case something that contains a needle to use, such as herion to get away from it all... Plain and simple, yep.

Aaron Lewis was quoted saying that in this song, and 4 Walls, he used the needle lines as a metaphor.
It has absolutely no meaning, it doesn't have to do with Aaron's life. If you look in the Chapter V Limited Edition thingy, it says that this and "4 Walls" are the only 2 songs that don't have to do with his own life expierences.
