Big Time Sensuality Lyrics
I can sense it
something important
is about to happen
it's coming up
It takes courage to enjoy it
the hardcore and the gentle
big time sensuality
We just met
and i know i'm a bit too intimate
but something is coming up
and we're both included
It takes courage to enjoy it
the hardcore and the gentle
big time sensuality
I don't know my future after this weekend
and i don't want to
It takes courage to enjoy it
the hardcore and the gentle
big time sensuality
something important
is about to happen
it's coming up
the hardcore and the gentle
big time sensuality
and i know i'm a bit too intimate
but something is coming up
and we're both included
the hardcore and the gentle
big time sensuality
and i don't want to
the hardcore and the gentle
big time sensuality

it's about opening up, physically and emotionally.
i think its about....an awesome song
I think that this song, is about meeting someone and getting physically intimate early off in the relationship...I like this song a lot, because it isn't bitching and moaning about the dangers and terrible things that can happen when you start off a relationship with sex. Its hard enough for women in every society to except and embrace thier sensuality, so its good to hear a positive song for once.
Another interpretation of this song could simply be that it takes courage to enjoy life! If you think about it, it is really hard to find happiness and to be happy in life. Everyone is throwing curve balls at you from left to right, up and down, it is really hard to smile from day to day. But "it takes courage to enjoy it, the hardcore and the gentle big time sensuality."
I read that this one was about a work colleague :) being excited about work. I think...
I think it's about love at first sight.
I like the song, the music transports the message of the lyrics in a sorta real way. I think it's one of Bjork's best songs. + the video if cute :)
i heard this was about her producer, i believe. it's not about sex at all it's about love for your work, the passion one has for what they do.
smiley's more right than anyone i hate to be a spoiled sport but the song was written for debut's producer Nelee Hooper. She says that when she worked with him she felt intimate. As if they were one in a spirtual sense.
This song is genius! It's just a straightforward celebration of the opposing elements within, and the vitality and passion of acknowledging and exploring them in harmony. Sense made? It's about the joy of embracing that you are both man and woman, darkness and light, hardcore and gentle. So refreshing, this girl really enjoys hunting for mysteries.
