AAA Lyrics
Devy in the corner of his teen year
Born to run away
Children in the middle with the village idiot
So he never made the potty grade
Now maybe he pulled a little closer
Cold in a mousy way
Boom boom as they came a little closer
Put a bolt in the curse today
Now Devy has to eat it in his own way
Broke in a dirty way
Boom boom is the beating that I hear in the night
But no one hears, so no one knows and no one fucks with me
Devy wants a word with the master
I got no need to run away
Down on the road isn't easy
But I never would back away
Boom boom in the morning with the night sounds
No way to run away
Boom boom as the boredom of monogamy
Hits one more time...
No one must know...
No one must know...
No one must know...
No one must know this machine...
Devy got a taste of some black shit
Born in another way
And it probably would have been easy
But it never worked out that way
Boom boom in the corner with the well-soiled
Bound to amalgamate
Boom boom as it kills the inhibitions
...no more games
No one must know...
Born to run away
Children in the middle with the village idiot
So he never made the potty grade
Cold in a mousy way
Boom boom as they came a little closer
Put a bolt in the curse today
Broke in a dirty way
Boom boom is the beating that I hear in the night
But no one hears, so no one knows and no one fucks with me
I got no need to run away
Down on the road isn't easy
But I never would back away
No way to run away
Boom boom as the boredom of monogamy
Hits one more time...
No one must know...
No one must know...
No one must know this machine...
Born in another way
And it probably would have been easy
But it never worked out that way
Bound to amalgamate
Boom boom as it kills the inhibitions
...no more games
No one must know...

My view is that this song is either about sex or uses sex as a metaphor for something else, maybe drugs or a particular thought process towards which Devin feels revulsion.
I think that the 'boom boom' is the childish reference to sex, which seems out there until you factor in the 'night sounds', 'the boredom of monogomy', the 'well soiled', the 'bound to amalgamate', it seems like it could be a sexually related thing. Not to way overstep the lyrical content, but it could have been an affair, a partner cheating, or any number of things. The 'no one fucks with me' and 'no one must know' shift exact meanings under each scenario.
Knowing Strapping though, it's probably more of an extended metaphor scenario about drugs or a general worldview.
@saintandcynic Devin spoke in his podcast about this being a song about his experiences of getting sexually abused as a child so yeah, "boom boom" probably means that and it gives pretty dark undertones to those "no one fucks with me" and "no one must know" screams.

maybe it's about rape? and why no comments?! wtf!
it somehow sounds like the story of the kid calling for wolves and the villagers came running for help and then the 3rd time people got bored and didnt bother.....
my wild guess
but hell man this song is PURE RAGE !!
This song seems like its about whats in heavy devy's head. All the horrible twisted shit inside there lurking beneath his skull that he hides from everyone. But its rising to the surface and its going to come out soon.
Devin's pissed off.
He's surrounded by morons and conventional living, and he feels on the outskirts because of how he's being driven to adopt a similar lifestyle--one so full of bullshit, stupidity and boredom that it ultimately brings out very much of an opposite reaction in him.
It's harder to live by your own path and lifestyle, but it's the only one he'll take.
i reckon it's a bit about Dev's youth.
right from the beggining it references him in his teens. it sounds like he was with a bad crowd (which he also makes a mention of in 'Detox' with the line 'with the wrong people'), the village idiots and so he was marked ad a hopeless case.
he begins to rebell, he 'wants a word with the master' to to tell the people in charge to fuck off, because nobody fucks with him.
devy got a taste of some dark shit, i'm thinking drugs. he could have quit them easily, but he kept using them so it never worked out that way.
i think it's got stuff in comen with the song Detox, which i assume is about trying to give up a drug useage, like herion via a detox method, and this is the precurser.
