It's about doing something to fit in with people you don't really care about but want to be liked by. In this case it seems it involves some chemical substance. I've been in this exact situation, and that's why this song holds some meaning for me.

this song is about being an alchaholic and everyone being ashamed of you becuase of it. also, their name, i think, is called that because it's about all the problems in someon's life.
@poisonheart I think it could be about any drug abuse in general (alcohol, illicit drugs, prescription drugs) ... could even be about drug use in general (e.g. some prescribed drugs can have drastic influences on your lifestyle even if you take the correct dosages).

Is well known that Dev suffers of bipolar disorder and that when entering the studio to record a new album here goes off his meds, therefore I take this one as a claim of what he undergoes in order to make an album, sort of a declaration of bravery!!!

This song is amazing, most of it is just about some guy talking about his life and what he is going through, but then when it gets to the "bridge" of the song, it's him going crazy...
