The Remedy Lyrics
i first heard this song on a commercial on the radio, and as soon as i heard it i had to dl it! and as it turns out, the whole cd ("humanistic") is amazing...a bit different, but great! i wish some ppl would help try to find more lyrics to this band to add to this site! :)
This song is the best thing on the radio right now.
I LOVE this song. I got a promo CD of it like two months ago, and when I found out they were playing River Stages this year I had to go. The band kicks so much ass, and they're really sweet, too. ^_^ (My friends and I ran em down and talked to them and stuff)
This song reminds me of my girlfriend, because I first listened and downloaded this right after I spent the entire school dance with her. But the true meaning of this song is one person needing another to save them.
this is a great song... i could seriously listen to it all day long and never get tired of it. its kinda creepy, but its a good song to listen to when your depressed... just because of how wonderful the music and his voice fits in perfectly.
Also, this song sounds eerily like Radiohead.
supposedly (i'm not to sure, here) this song is about mr. e, from eels, which tommy used to be a part of. the lyrics are definitely linked to the first track on "beautiful freak", the only eels album that tommy walter (of abandoned pools) was a part of. there are obvious references in "the remedy" to the song "novicain for the soul". tommy and e don't get along any more, as far as i know, and i believe that this song (in addition to others on the album) is tommy's response to e's "baby genius" on "electro-shock blues" [which is supposedly about tommy].
i dont know what this song is about, but its a great song. theres just something about it that from the first time i heard it i really really liked it.
I had heard this song on the radio and was dieing to find out who did it. I love this song and it had inspired me to get more of their music. And I agree with "the edge" it reminds me of Radiohead.
Actually, this song is about the music industry, and being apart of it. I was watching the video on MTV2, and a window popped up with the lead singer commenting on the song. He said it was about the twists and turns of the music industry, so.. I'll take his word for it. :)
