This song is about KFDM being back into the musik world. In which they mock America by using U.S.S.A. as an abbreviation for the United Schutzestaffle States of America. I think his old be referring as to how America is a Mlitry super power of a juggernaut. Like Germany in WW2.
i'm curious as to where you heard the phrase "United Schutzestaffle States of America" (especially since the internet translator i used translated "Schutzestaffle" into "Protection-graduate")
i always asumed it was a parody of the beatles' songtitle "back in the u.s.s.r.," combining u.s.s.r. and u.s.a.
While my guess was with animus, what I believe norseflame meant was "Schutzstaffel" also known as the SS from the Nazi regime. Regardless of its actual translation, I'm sure that is how he meant it.
