Golden Dawn Lyrics
He was born into this world
Living love but he got hurt
And he sighed when he beheld
The bleeding lamb
Blood and tears drip on the ground
Dung the olives on the mount
Love is crucified, made way
For the greed of man
There's no way out of here
No we don't, don't wanna take it no more
No we don't, don't wanna wait forever
Golden dawn, a new age has begun
Golden dawn, in every single one
Don't you run away, don't say it's all too late
Start to ring in the age... The golden dawn
Killing brothers, sick ideals, TV-Show lie and reveal
Poor philistine reasons why to hate a man
It's so easy to give in, do your dirty trick and win
Join those lemmings to the shore and fly but then
Don't complain if you'll drown in the end
Kill to eat, when you're the final one
There's no one to compete
Then find the time to think of a...

First comment??? Don't know what it's about, but it's a kickass song!!
I'll give it a try:
"He was born into this world Living love but he got hurt" You know these nice kids who are always friendly and helpful to everyone? In this story, one of them got hurt in some way. I'm thinking of something like this: a young boy falls in love with a girl, but sees her falling in love with some asshole. This story repeats until he cannot deny the pattern anymore. Since he is still young, he starts to give up his good ideals, recognizing he lived a lie and now wants to live in the hard reality. "And he sighed when he beheld The bleeding lamb"
He starts to act more and more badass and eventually thrives in his new role ... "Blood and tears drip on the ground Dung the olives on the mount Love is crucified, made way For the greed of man"
... he reaches the point of no return and it feels good "There's no way out of here"
Doubt overcomes him, because he betrays his ideals. But he finishes his conscience with the stronger will to get the girl next time. "No we don't, don't wanna take it no more No we don't, don't wanna wait forever"
He starts to reach a new stage in his life, he is seen differently by everyone and he feels more and more comfortable with his new role. "Golden dawn, a new age has begun Golden dawn, in every single one Don't you run away, don't say it's all too late Start to ring in the age... The golden dawn"
He has passed the point of no return. And now ...
... the negative aspects of his change of life start to come to light, like his old friends start to turn their backs on him. He tries to rationalize his change by the fact that you see bad examples everywhere. "Killing brothers, sick ideals, TV-Show lie and reveal Poor philistine reasons why to hate a man It's so easy to give in, do your dirty trick and win Join those lemmings to the shore and fly but then" With lemming I think they mean those people who took the way of being an asshole because in first sight it seems to be the easiest and best for one to thrive.
"Don't complain if you'll drown in the end" If you stand inside a room of mirrors and shake your fist angrily, you will see, before you can reflect on what you've done, that around you there a people shaking their fists at you. The world is a room of mirrors.
He will find himself alone "Kill to eat, when you're the final one There's no one to compete Then find the time to think of a..."
The chorus repeats on this point so he starts rethinking his way once again. If he's lucky, he will be able to go back and get his life back. He will be wiser now from his mistake knowing now once again, why he tried to be a good person in the first place. (And if he is even luckier, he will have learned that girls are into self-esteem and not into bad persons as a whole package)
Please feel free to disagree, it's just the first thing that came to my mind, when I heard these lyrics.
