somegrrrl is right about the correct lyrics--the version of this song on the album "You Think It's Like This But It's Really Like This" goes:
"come visit with me we'll play guitars and I'll give you my number"
It plays on the idea of finding someone who's "one in a million" -- someone who matches up with you just right, despite the long odds of anyone being like that. Her character in the song plays the sweepstakes by asking the guy to come up for tea and guitar-playing, and it turned out to be a win (not so much because he agreed, but because they turned out to be a great match). The song is about the elation and wonderment of discovering love.
