Can't say this song means anything to me, can't say I even know what he's singing about...but I love the line "Anonymous until the ending, spent a long long time pretending".....such a good cd
No one's comented on this song? Ah, it's an okay song. Not the best. But I do love the "I'm still waiting for, you to get over this" parts of the song.
i love this song obviously most other people don't. the one star player doesnt save the team bit is a kool line. infact, the whole of the lyrics are realy realy good.
Unlike most people, I thought this was a good song. It's a little poppy, but it sounds really cool. I especially like how they mix a happy sounding song with semi-sad lyrics.

I like this song a lot. I am pretty sure it is about a long distance relationship. "The calls are on the company dime" means they are using the company's phones to communicate and save money. They are living out their relationship over the phones and it's not working, they're both making mistakes. It just wasn't meant to be.
ugh. this is just not a good song. i think it belongs on the new cd, it s just more of that kind of sound. it might be an ok song but it doenst work well on something to write home about, in fact its the only one ill skip.
In terms of the sound of the song, i think its alright, but there are a few better ones, but its still awesome seeing as how its get up kids =). i really like "Anonymous until the ending, spent a long long time pretending. And a longer day spent accepting what the world ahead would store. You only learn by not believeing that the industry is unforgiving." it seems to convey, well to me at least, the feeling you get when you're so unsure of who you are, and unsure and pessimistic about the future...
Such an unbelievable beautiful song. The Get Up Kids are one of the greatest bands in the world. i went and saw them, it was the greatest show i've ever been too. July 5th was a night to remember! :)
is it just me but this whole song is bunch of cliches. It is a great song though
