I think he's talking about how he is feeling when he gets stoned. There's wordplay on Jah - it's slang for marijuana and it also literally means "God."
Or I'm just high.
there is an old version of this song that was just released on the first release of jason and his wife's record lable Noise Riot Records. The album is called "On the Eve of Destruction" because its all pre-Destruction by Definition recordings. Anyway, there are two versions of this song on it and one of them sounds like they all might have been high recording it. i dunno, the way they are singing just sounds like they are out of it a little. its funny as hell though.
ya in the last verse its like he just tired of look in at all the hate and whats wrong with this world so he just gets high
seems almost like hes criticizing pot smokers and rastas by mentioning jah and stuff and saying that they get high to ignore the worlds problems...but i dunno TSM's stance on drugs and stuff so i dunno
there is deffinatley some choking victim/loc influence in this song, ecspecially that last verse.
