There seems to be a line missing. After the line "All this world and its glories," should come "And its sins"
It seems pretty clear to me that this song is about selling your soul to the devil, just a little more subtle and cleverly written than some.

This is a damned good song. I always figured it was about selling your soul, but it also makes a damned good love song. Danzig's one talented crazy fuck.
I learned to play this song on guitar for my girlfriend, and it's easy enough. But there is an odd feeling of sentience behind it. On one hand, it many be about selling your soul, but on the other, it may be a love song.
I think the latter fits better, though. He has the whole world to offer to the one he loves, and he's willing to show it all to her. True love, right there.

On the surface it sounds like a love song, albeit twisted and strange.But it probably has another meaning in there alongside that, made to sound like both. Most likely includes some spiritual or Biblical meanings as most of his work does
