Of course the suicide story is probably the best 'meaning' for this song, but sometimes I listen to it from another perspective: A guy who cheats on his wife/girlfriend finds himself cornered. His lies are on the verge of being revealed. So, by being discovered... he knows he 'kills' his 'old' relationship
Opening track sets the scene for the Black Love album........this could be the soundtrack to a Godfather-style movie........
Awesome song about a guy going to commit a crime. Or has it already been commited?
i'm sure i read an interview with Dulli somewhere and he said this song is about a girl committing suicide. Makes sense when you listen to the words.

Ya I always thought this song was about someone killing him or herself. I would guess herself though as some of the words used seem more used when talking about or describing women rather than men.
