@katherinealbin Yes, he did, and there are more similarities than just the name. 'what country shall I say is calling from across the world' relates to how she chose her name in the story, and 'it's all in her mind' has to do with how she blamed herself for her mother's death when it wasn't her fault. All of the guilt was 'in her mind.' And, of course, 'she's not afraid to die' fits the story perfectly.<br /> Love that book, love this song!
